Leonard Espree has spent 25 years working in sales and technology.

Leonard Espree is a 1990 graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. From there, he launched a career in sales, where he gained experience working in a variety of tech spheres. He has worked in wireless sales, office solutions, and information technology, and is now working in business development at a technology company. At Pear Tree Services, Leonard has been a Business Development Manager for over two years where he collaborates with the sales teams to meet clients’ needs and accomplish wider business goals.

Throughout his career in sales, Leonard Espree has quickly learned the value of embracing emerging technologies. While many businesses want to hang on to their tried-and-true processes, Leonard knows that in the fast-paced sales industry, new technology solutions can be the key to gaining a competitive edge. With a history of exceeding goals throughout all of his roles, his strategies clearly work. He enjoys driving new technologies and helping educate others on how they can enhance business value and produce even better results.

Additionally, Leonard Espree knows that meeting customer needs is the key to success for any product or service. Technology offers the unique opportunity to streamline processes and design a better customer experience. With this in mind, Leonard strives to find ways to use new technology to help new customers feel like they are getting the best value for their money, and existing customers continue to have a positive experience and increase their brand loyalty. He has experience planning presentations, analyzing business trends, and navigating the challenges of business networking.

When Leonard Espree isn’t busy developing innovative new sales strategies, he can often be found investing in his local community. Having dealt with homelessness and addiction in his own past, Leonard is a passionate advocate for people in difficult situations and has spent a significant amount of time as a volunteer. He spent two years as a member of the Acadiana chapter of the Volunteers of America. Additionally, Leonard has a deep appreciation for the arts and strives to help support the local arts community. He is a violinist himself and enjoys practicing woodworking in his free time. Leonard is a donor to one of his favorite nonprofits for the arts, the Louisiana Endowment of the Arts. No matter where he invests his time, Leonard believes positive change is always possible and does his best to help support that.
